Customer care was okay. Many questions were answered when I called but not all. It helped me make an informed decision regarding my purchase. Nevertheless, the shopping experience could be improved if there were satellite showroom stores throughout the US that would allow customer to see the product firsthand. It’s a great idea to offer free swatches on the fabrics, but overall it adds time to the purchase decision making.
