Despite a few nuances with delivery (I changed the address, called back several times to confirm, it was still delivered to the original address) we are very happy with our order from Rove Concepts. Everyone I spoke to provided great customer service but Elly, in particular, was extremely helpful and kind. Rove Concepts has a lovely variety and ultimately delivered the items within the timeframe they said they would. We will definitely be ordering in the future and recommend others do the same.
