The item initially arrived damaged

The item initially arrived damaged, I was never contacted by Rove to arrange a replacement and made 7 calls to make these arrangements.

When the item was redelivered a different item was broken. The quality of the furniture is good, but the white-glove delivery is not high quality.

Update: Rove provided both a discount, a replacement and a refund for the second broken item. Despite the issue, they resolved it to my satisfaction.
