This company goes above and beyond in the customer satisfaction department. I bought several pieces including the Hunter dresser and nightstands in white. Due to the fragility of the finish on these pieces they originally came damaged. This was due to shipping across the country CA-NC so, it happens! Rove Concepts did not hesitate to take appropriate action to make this right by sending replacements. They even repackaged and sent with a different carrier to get the needed results. I am happy with my purchases from Rove Concepts. The furniture is modern and beautiful!
