I am fairly pleased with each of the pieces that I ordered from Rove and would order again. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that (i) while I ordered by phone and intereacted with a sales person, I was unaware of the difference between regular and white-glove delivery and (ii) each of the items had some issues (misaligned doors, insufficient cushions), which I have been able to address. I was surprised to receive a significant number of huge and heavy cardboard boxes, and then go through some not insignificant assembly efforts. I also happen to be going through a remodel and had a dumpster in front of my house, so had a place to toss the very large cardboard boxes. Otherwise I would have had a much harder time with disposal. My interaction with the delivery company was very good, both in scheduling and communication for the specific timing of delivery. I am very happy with my Truman coffee table (once assembled), Bennett Media console (once I aligned the center doors which were delivered askew) and Dresden couches (which really need one more back cushion, which I am working with Rove to purchase). I recently ordered other furniture from a store in Los Angeles, and having fully assembled furniture professionally delivered is a different experience. But the cost savings for Rove and the quality of the pieces justified my purchases. I have had numerous compliments on the items.
