Purchased the Dresden Modular Sofa, in total over $5,000 and what a disappointing experience. The sectional was delivered on time which was great but the delivery company, Rocket Delivery (I am in Portland, OR), wore no gloves, didn't ask how I wanted it assembled (you have a choice when purchasing the console) and left three large dirty handprints. Aside from the experience of this delivery, the photos Rove provides is really misleading. The sectional only came with three pillows and all of the images show four. At this price point, I can tell you personally I will not be recommending Rove. I've had no follow up from customer service, submitted images of the delivery (along with a picture of my notes on the delivery company's paperwork just to have proper documentation) and am very surprised by this experience being that their products are beautiful.
