Milo Sectional Sofa: I was researching various sofas and companies for many months and ultimately decided to order the Milo sectional in black velvet. I was nervous as I was not able to sit or even touch it. However, when the sofa arrived approx 2.5 weeks later, I was extremely pleased - it's gorgeous, and definitely a quality product.
As a result of this experience we will be purchasing another item in the coming weeks.
Now, regarding delivery: Delivery was good, and just about what anyone should expect. They came, they placed the sofa in my garage, and they left. What else would you need??
So, to all the people who are providing poor reviews simply because of the delivery service, you should be ashamed. We are talking about guys who deliver furniture for a living - its not going to get much better than what you experienced. Imagine people where criticizing your company that you worked hard building, just to have people provide a poor review pertaining to a service they dont have %100 control over.
