We ordered the Dresden sectional sofa for its clean lines and modern style. We received the sofa last week and it was exactly as described and shown on the website and we are very happy with the purchase. It required some assembly (instructions not provided), but it was easy to put together after laying out all the pieces and giving it some thought. The material feels durable and made of high quality. This sofa is not the type that you sink deep in to, but more on the firm side. It's exactly what we expected.

The packaging was excellent and it took quite of bit of time to get everything unpacked. However, one of the pieces of the sectional was badly damaged during transit due to something heavy being dropped on the box. Customer service was great to work with and ordered us a replacement for the damaged piece. After waiting 5 months from order to delivery, it's a bit frustrating that we have to wait an additional 8 to 10 weeks for the replacement piece. But we understand that it takes time to manufacture furniture. Overall, we are impressed with Rove Concepts style, quality, and customer service and look forward to purchasing more furniture from them in the future.
