Excellent Customer service!

I purchased a Mikkel Platform Bed during one of the flash sales. As the bed was a pre-order, I can't speak to the quality although I ordered it because of positive reviews, NYT's Wirecutter being one of them.

Although I had been considering the purchase for a couple weeks, the flash sale made me commit. Given the timing of the sale along with an upcoming move that would require a hold in shipping, I still had some unresolved questions.

I reached out to Customer Service and they were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. They resolved my shipping questions, emailed me photos of the veneer options, so I could get a better representation of color, and gave me a timeline on my product order. I also ordered fabric swatches that arrived promptly.

Although I haven't received my bed yet, the customer service team makes me confident in ordering from Rove Concepts in the future.
