This review is very difficult to write. We bought the Milo modular set in Mora. On the one hand, we love the overall look and style of the sectional when it first arrived. On the other hand, there are several issues. 1) The back cushions lost their integrity very quickly. They are constantly slumped and look sloppy. The lost of integrity makes the sofa uncomfortable as there is no back support. 2) Dog fur/hair stick to it like glue! It is a magnet for dog hair and we have to clean constantly ..... in fact, we have to cover the sofa which really defeated the sleek look of the Milo sectional. 3) We have a bone to pick regarding the "+" coupon. We had to wait until the shipment arrived in the country before being able to use the coupon for our extra piece. From the time we originally ordered our sectional to getting our extra piece for the sectional, it was over six months. That is just not acceptable. Instead of being excited to get the supplemental piece, it was just another headache to move things around. 4) You cannot use the coupon for accessories like cushions. That is a waste of our last coupon! Hoping Rove Concepts will act on above comments, because the sleek look and design is there and what we really love and the above issues I hope are correctable.
