Damaged Products, Good Experience.

We received 3 Aubrey stools that were all damaged (cracks in the wood and uneven legs). We made a claim within 3 days and Rove sent us 3 new stools - we appreciated their prompt response. But we could not believe it when 2 of the 3 new stools were also damaged! 1 had a huge scratch on the leg and the other had a damaged bottom leg that left it uneven. We were disappointed because we loved the look of them and I think their shipping service was to blame because the boxes were damaged upon arrival. I gave this 3 stars because Rove very promptly issued us a refund for the damaged products so their customer service is very high quality.

As we do work with a third party delivery service, there may be times where the quality of the delivery is out of our hands, and we do want to mention that all of our products get checked numerous times from production to shipping to ensure that they are in perfect condition. We would invite you to reach out to your customer care team and let them know that you have received your replacement Aubrey Stools but they were damaged.
