Order at your own risk

Nice looking items online. Initial interactions with customer service were painful, couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone, spoke with numerous (3-4) people before someone was finally able to provide me with product information. Finally decided to order. Took longer than expected to receive items. Chairs were ok, but lighter weight and cheaper feeling than expected. But the worst part, more than 75% of the order was damaged. Filing claim went fairly smoothly and customer service stepped up here and was very communicative and helpful. They sent replacements, but 90% of those were also damaged. They did offer a compensation, which was better than taking a chance on a third shipment also arriving damaged. The chairs seemed to have some damage from the initial paint job, and others appear to have been damaged as a result of the packing process. Hopefully the warehouse takes better care in storing and packing these items. Not good to buy new chairs and receive items that look like they've been previously used. Others seem to have had a better experience than I ... if you're a gambling man, go for it and place your order. I hope your items arrive in new condition.
