I think overall rove provided pretty good service! I took off one star because I had a couple technical issues, but they were accommodating after the fact:
- I upgraded my delivery type from threshold to white glove, and there was miscommunication between rove and the delivery company which I had to help facilitate
- Received one of my items with missing parts but they responded quickly and mentioned they'll be sending me the pieces
- Difficult to reach customer service (never got a response by phone or email, and limited hours available via chat)

Furniture came out super nice! But I'd say no other website I've purchased from has such high and strict rules on delivery costs. All items in one order can only be shipped in one shipment regardless of the extremely high shipping costs.
