All in all I found that Rove Concepts was a great place to shop online for furniture! All of their pieces which I ordered are beautiful and great quality! Actually so stunning!! (Milo Sofa - Compact; Wishbone Counter Stools; Porter Ottoman; Winston Dining Table - 47" European Ceramic; Bennett Media Console - 55")
Their customer service reps were all very helpful and friendly and made sure all of my issues were dealt with quickly! Their service reps were easily available via, phone and website.
My two downsides would be that the shipping (because of COVID) was unable to do a white glove service and left my furniture outside for me to put together. (to be fair it was a third party delivery that RC used and not them specifically, and they refunded my White Glove delivery fee right away) And the second thing would be that the Milo sofa is incredibly firm to sit on :( I'll have to have the seating re-stuffed somewhere local which is a pain!
I will purchase again with RC but unfortunately not the sofas because they're way too hard to sit on and comfort needs to be no.1 when it comes to furniture!
Besides that, everything else is comfortable and stunning!
