I ordered 6 Aubrey dining chairs because I loved the look and the quality of them. I took a chance on the comfort fctor as I had never actually sat in one. However: I was pleasantly surprised as they are extreemly comfortable.
One chair was a bit "off". The seat did not sit quite right on the frame. I sent pictures and an explaination to Rove and they replaced the chair imeditately, they also told me to keep the irregular chair (which I will use at my desk) it worked out great.
Customer service was awsome and very helpful. The delivery guys were friendly, obliging and pleasant. I am happy with my experience with Rove and love my Aubrey chairs. I will recommend Rove to family and friends.
