Noah Sectional & Evelyn Dining Table

The Noah Sectional is great and the modern felt fabric is cat friendly, so no complaints there which is why this review gets 3 stars instead of 2. Unfortunately, the dining table experience (we ordered the Evelyn) has been abysmal. The table is not steady, (it only takes 1 finger to make it wobble,) even after applying felt feet, and the base has some blemishes in the wood. Customer service is giving us the run around with resolving this issue. We've had to submit photos, videos, try different felt feet of different thicknesses, check to make sure the screws are secured correctly, etc. We've also been in touch with at least 3 different customer service agents, both by phone and email. We paid an exorbitant amount for white glove delivery, and it seems like we are the ones handling the white glove and handling the customer service! We consistently have to follow up with Rove Concepts to find out about the status of this table. They offered a partial refund of 25%, but this does not resolve the wobbly issue of the table base. If the integrity of the structure is compromised, we'd rather have no refund and instead a replacement base, which has been made abundantly clear to Rove several times already. I am a residential interior designer and would like to sell their products to my clients because the styles are great and the prices are reasonable, but if I'm going to have to deal with this headache for half of the orders, it simply isn't worth it.
