I'm still waiting on the remainder of my order but Rove has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service has been stellar under these unprecedented circumstances everyone has had to deal with, in regards to the pandemic with shipping delays and reduced staff and safety measures. I've been on the lookout lately as to what their new products are so I can purchase from them again. I love the pieces that have arrived, the craftsmanship has been solid, delivery has been a breeze. I did my research beforehand and I've discovered that most unhappy customers are not displeased with Rove, but displeased with the delivery/transit. It's good to make the distinction as Rove uses third party companies to deliver the furniture to you. I live in Los Angeles where there plentiful reputable delivery companies so I've never had an issue.
