Not the customer philosophy I was looking for
The membership program rules are not intuitive and the expectation is that you read the fine print. Rove will not assist with any customer mistakes or misinterpretations of their membership program rules.
I recommend trying a similar company with a better customer philosophy like Design Within Reach.
