Firstly, I am really surprised at all the bad reviews!! I have always had excellent communication utilizing the chat feature.

I ordered 2 Hunter nightstands in walnut for my friends from their wedding registry. They are simply beautiful. Now, one did arrive damaged. And it took a long time for the in stock options to come in (2 weeks). I contacted them immediately about the nightstand with a Defect, within 48 hours they shipped a new one out to me. I have a Dax sideboard coming to my home as well as a Noah Sectional. I will update a review when I get them! Thanks ROVE!
