Delayed, Poor customer service

Each item I have ordered has been significantly delayed with no email updates. I ordered a purchase July 13 and am still waiting on updates. Very poor customer service.

We were experiencing some unexpected delays due to the pandemic, we do sincerely appreciate your patience with your order earlier. Due to the increased volume of orders, we have since made changes to our operations, which will make delays less common and lead time to resume back to normal. We have also recently onboarded new concierge agents to help with the high level on inquiries to provide better service for our customers. We do hope you are enjoying your new products and that you shop with us again in the future.
