I ordered online and used the chat help. Overall I've been pretty happy with the experience. The only part that I was dissatisfied with was not getting an answer as to why the price went up from what I saw online. It could be clearer whether taxes and shipping are included. The purchaser doesn't see this when the invoice first shows - only at checkout.
I was pleasantly surprised that it is being delivered earlier than I anticipated. Due to arrive one week after purchase! That's much better than what furniture stores are able to offer these days.
