I bought 3 Eiffel chairs from Rove for a new tulip table and I opted to pick them up from the warehouse as it is close to my home. Unfortunately, the warehouse accidentally gave me 1 base for a child's chair which was 1 cm shorter than the rest. I reported the mistake on the website and Rove shipped one to my home within the week and told me to keep the child's chair for my trouble. I was very happy with the customer service I received and my new chairs look great.
