We ordered some counter stools for a…

We ordered some counter stools for a client. Our client's are small people and they did not fit into the back portion of the stool to be able to sit back. Rove just offered their regular return policy, being that we have to pay for the freight back along with a restocking fee. I usually don't mind paying but I do when its for a piece of furniture where the interior dimensions are not listed and smaller than average people cannot fit to sit in the stool
