Unusual "inspection" policy, but otherwise smooth (for now)
Fairly straight forward - not a big fan of the membership model, but otherwise a smooth shopping experience so far. I'm a bit nervous because the faulty goods policy seems to imply that you can refuse delivery after inspection - but in reality, has anyone ever had delivery people who will stay long enough for you to open and inspect? This seems a suspicious and unrealistic policy.
I'm also wary about being asked to review before receiving my goods so expect that a lot of the reviews here are actually based on the website experience rather than the actual purchase experience. I'm happy to update this review after receiving the goods, but don't like the bad faith aspect of the delivery inspection policy or being asked to review an experience on trustpilot before delivery - I want others reading to be aware of this when reading other reviews.
