I ordered a bed in September, shipping was as fast as expected (a few weeks). I have been working easily with their concierge team on a large order for the rest of the house and they have been beyond helpful. It has been an overall great and pleasant experience. People are mad about lead times, but that's literally everywhere right now. My neighbor has to wait until January for a generic couch from Funiture Row.

I've had nothing but a great experience and the bed is great. Can't wait to fill up the house.
