Overall a very good experience
Overall a very good experience. I was just annoyed that even though I specifically selected no warranty I got charged for one. Then when I tried to get the charge reversed, Rove was unresponsive. I called twice, sent two emails, and filed a claim and then had to log in at night to finally get it reversed. I wish this had been easier. Will see if we actually like the stuff when it arrives
