Fantastic Customer Service and Care

This was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was a bit apprehensive, skeptical on whether or not the products look as good as they do in the pictures.

I purchased the Hunter Bed and it came as pictured and surpassed my expectations.

I also purchased 6 Aubrey chairs, however 2 was damaged during transit. The other undamaged chairs were great quality and also came as pictured on their website.

What puts Rove over the top was the entire guest experience they provided me, with the two damaged chairs I submitted a claim and within 24 hours they had 2 more chairs shipped out to me. I thought I would have to jump through a bunch of hoops before it would be rectified.
