The good, the bad, and the so so

I found the video and the reviews helpful. But I found the product information thin, lacking specific data, what species of wood? What kind of natural cord? The shipping price is not really transparent. We played with shipping destination to reduce the shipping costs. Frankly not very competitive with other purveyors of online furniture. And then I had to do a bunch of research to figure out how and when the voucher can be used.

The answer from Rove Concepts is really them doubling down. Yes, after trying to check out several times, and talking to a representative, I figured out that I was paying a premium on shipping due to my rural location. So instead I used a friend's urban address. I saved 70%. It took finagling. Quite a few sellers of furniture ship for free. I have never encountered this kind of surcharge on shipping. I have lived in my present home seven years. Additionally since ordering, I have received no information on the chairs being shipped. The chairs were ordered and listed "in stock" 15 days ago.
