Beautiful Bed, Poor Workmanship
The Xander bed is beautiful and the wood is of heavy construction. However, within a year, the walnut veneer of one of the legs started splitting, chipping, and bubbling. Initiated a claim and was cancelled by customer service stating that it is due to 'wear and tear' so is not covered under warranty. That leg is RARELY touched; it is a not dining table that would be constantly handled. How would 'Wear and Tear' of a bed leg cause the veneer to chip, split and bubble in less than a year? This is POOR quality/workmanship!
