High shipping costs
The website and ordering process were simple and straightforward enough- and the savings for membership were enough for me to pay the $100 for the year, but shipping costs are much higher than competitive online furniture retailers, and were not transparent until well into the order process. The high shipping cost basically negated my membership savings. Potential buyers should check the flat-rate shipping costs, which are indeed listed on the site before they make their decision.

As we continue to grow, we are looking into in house shipping options as a way to lower our shipping prices in the future. We do also list the shipping prices on our website so our customer can easily see how our shipping pricing works and we also offer local shipping options to anyone located in LA or in Vancouver. This is something that we hope to be able to offer to more cities in the future as we continue to grow.
