I was very satisfied with the ordering and the chat function of the website. I had to cancel and reorder some products and the chat representative was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I look forward to using my 20% voucher on more products. This is my first time ordering and look forward to receiving my products and the delivery process. I also emailed Rove for a separate issue and received a reply within 24 hours!
