I am very pleased with my first-time experience with Rove Concepts. We were looking for a particular type of stool for use at the kitchen counter in our new home, and spent a good deal of time looking through offerings on other websites. A broader web search showed an ad from Rove that offered something outside of our parameters but that was such a good fit for what we wanted to accomplish that it changed our criteria. We purchased 3 stools from Rove. The membership discount was an added bonus and we expect to use it for further purchases.

One star off for two things: First, the need to pay shipping, and what those costs were, was not evident until late in the purchase process, which came across as a negative surprise and which was higher than another premium website with the same product. Second, we found the inventory on the site somewhat specialized and limited, specifically for a small patio table. We plan to purchase some outdoor furniture from Rove but will need to go elsewhere to find complementing pieces.
