RC has a great selection of furniture and accessories. I found customer service very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Both the online chat and telephone call into customer service did not require a long wait. I have not received my purchase yet but hoping it will be on time and without damage.
The one thing that will prevent me from ordering again is delivery charge. $300 for a drop off and $467 to cross the threshold of the residence is not reasonable nor fair.
