I ordered swatches to decide on my couch which never arrived. The customer team was super helpful and checked in with me to re-order and sent it FedEx so it arrived very quickly. The customer service was helpful and resolved my issue. The swatches were super helpful in determining the feel and color of the couch. So much so that we decided to move forward with our couch purchase. We can’t wait to see it!!
