Very late furniture but support rep was good
Our support rep Ceri has been excellent (5 stars!) but having our order pushed back again and again isn't ideal. When I placed my order back in September, part of it was supposed to be available within a week, then it was pushed back and now the entire order has been pushed back again to December with no official notification from Rove. I had to go and ask about my items myself - not very proactive communication on the part of Rove. Also, this seems like an unreasonably long delay.
In addition, we were hoping to buy more furniture with the vouchers that we received with our order but they aren't available until we actually receive the furniture so that has delayed us even further from ordering more. Ceri was helpful but it would be better not to have to deal with support. If we'd known that there would be such a delay, we probably would have looked for other options.
To be fair, we like the Rove products and that's why we keep coming back but it would be better if you were honest about timing - this run around erodes trust.
