Rovs Concepts has a superb, minimalistic site that took great care to build, as a web designer I can recognize the talent. It's easy to navigate, pictures are sublime and customer support with a live chat is courteous and helpful.

I have yet to receive the sofa I ordered so I can't comment on the quality of their products but others have a I was able to read their reviews on the website. I appreciate that Rove is not removing some of the reviews from buyers that were less satisfied, it made me trust them more.

I would have loved to have access to an interior decorator before purchasing a 7K sofa. Although the site is beautiful, it's still extremely difficult to buy a sofa that your never saw and I feel that the site should do more to close that physical gap. And idea is to get help from an interior designer but also to have people in the showroom actually do a live Zoom call to show you the products and sit on them for you and give you a better feel of them than the professional photoshoots and videos that, while beautiful, are not close to reality.
