Hayley at the Melrose, Los Angeles location was very informative and helpful. She gave us lots of insights regarding different sofas we were eyeing during our appointment. She also gave helpful tips on different fabrics and was very knowledgeable about Rove Concepts. Although the location was very small, she also took the time to recommend other products that was featured online. She accommodated us in such a professional way and consistently followed-up with us regarding any questions we had.
