We ordered 3 Aubrey stools. They looked and felt amazing. Upon further inspection, we found a small cut in the leather on one of the stools.
Rove was hard to verbally contact but once I got into a chat on line things went smoothly. Great customer service and contact from that point.
They sent a new stool . No problem.
