I initially called in to inquire if there was a showroom/storefront I could visit to test out the couch before purchasing. The individual I spoke to was very helpful. He gave me descriptions of how the sofas at head office felt and also provided other suggestions that were similar to the style I wanted. All my questions were answered so I felt comfortable to make the purchase! Can't wait to try, all the products look amazing.
