Jessica at Rove was awesome! I called just to get a handle on where my furniture was at and she was so empathetic and understanding. I was like “it’s just furniture” but she said she would call and get all the details on it and give me an ETA. She responded shortly with all the info and wrote me a detailed email.

Even better, I had a question on another order I placed and she was able to get everything fixed and taken care of right away!!
