I recently had the opportunity to interact with Rove Concepts (RC) as I had some questions regarding product, inventory, and delivery. I was very happy with the prompt and polite service. I decided to pull the trigger and join up as a member for a year. This was mainly to take advantage of the 20% discount off a product already on sale. The net result was that the membership more than paid for itself.

I then realized I'd made an error in the shipping and that I could save even more by picking up my product at the Canadian warehouse. Once again RC was very fast and easy to deal with. My order was changed and the savings in shipping costs almost immediately posted to my account.

I mean, what's not to love about my experience so far? A great website, beautiful products, excellent customer service. What a great way to start off a customer relationship!
