Shopping the site was easy, but it would have been nice to see images of the different chair colour combinations rather than just colour swatches, to enable picturing the finished product more easily. My initial purchase failed as my credit card blocked it as a potential fraudulent charge, but I was able to verify it with my bank and complete the purchase. I got an email from Rove the following day, which may have been helpful if I hadn't already completed the purchase, and another telling me to disregard the previous email. Going forward, it may be better for your team to investigate that the purchase hasn't already been completed rather than sending out a series of emails. (Though they were very polite!). Overall, it was a fine experience, and I would consider purchasing from Rove again so long as the products don't take to long to arrive, and I am happy with them.
