I just purchased (4) custom Aubrey side chairs via their website and found the process totally seamless. I was able to review different color & style options, order sample swatches, set type of delivery and even purchased insurance just in case. I did reach out to Customer Service with a few additional questions regarding Membership and they were helpful. So overall, it was a good experience. The true test will come in a few weeks when the chairs are scheduled to be delivered. Fingers crossed!!!
