I had several questions about my order, and Tobias, the concierge assigned to my account, was quick to respond and very helpful. The only wrinkle in my shopping experience was that the Rove Concepts website seems to be a bit glitchy in Safari, but I was able to place my order without a problem in a different browser. Overall, I was pleased with my shopping experience and look forward to receiving my furniture!
