Great products and customer service! I ordered a lovely blush pink couch and it arrived. However, I was missing the couch legs so the delivery is incomplete. I contacted the customer service team through chat service and they resolved my issue. Also, I contacted them a few times to work out better delivery times and they were able to change my order to give me what I wanted.

I love my couch, it's beautiful!
