On my experience with website I found it very user friendly.
On my experience using the website: I found nearly all the information on every piece I needed. Almost. Just a couple of small details left out on the Milo modular sectional (ex: no mention if it does include clips to hold them together, A discrepancy on seat depth measurement, one guide said 25.5, and a diagram showed 29.5. However it does say, measurements are approximates. And if you were able to remove the cover from pillows to have cleaned. ) I found the pictures great, showing great detail of fabric, seams, firmness. Videos helped by showing people sitting which helped with size and firmness of couches. I loved how easy it was to navigate each piece then go into ‘Learn more’ to see more of that item. Being able to order swatches is great. The swatches have more information on the back, plus you can feel and see the fabric and I did my own spill and clean tests to ultimately decide on which fabric to purchase. I did find that when scrolling the page would stutter. It was a good experience over all so far.
