Let me just start with saying that we love the Abigail bed and the ordering process was great.
Where it came short is the delivery - there was no tracking info available for weeks between the order shipped and delivery date. The delivery company (Diseno) is awful - rude and unprofessional. We paid for White Glove service and there was nothing white glove about it - no shoe covers or gloves, did not like when I asked them to wash hands before grabbing my brand new ivory leather headboard, black shoes on our cream rug. Couldn't figure out how to put the bed together for about 45 min before our handy man stepped in. Delivery crew does not speak english, so super hard to explain anything to them. Handed me the phone with their supervisor screaming at me saying he did not get paid for white glove, so therefor he is not providing it. AWEFUL.
Pete with concierge service saved the day. Honestly, would not even given it 2 starts otherwise.
P.S. Did I mention we love the bed?
