Website & Voucher Policy

The website does not work with Safari. My sofas and stools are going to be delayed by 5 weeks and there was no proactive communication. I asked if an exception could be made to the voucher rules given the lengthy delays occurring right now and I was told "no". This doesn't make a lot of sense since my first order is custom and has been paid in full and the second order will also be custom and paid in full. So I went ahead with the order and asked if I could buy additional fabric and I still haven't received a response.
