My experience has been very positive. I received swatches promptly when requested. I had a very helpful representative helping me with my order and answering all my questions regarding making a return if necessarily and the ETA of my order.
She also took time to assist with applicable discounts. I never felt rushed and was treated respectfully and with kindness. I have not received my sofa but my experience so far has been terrific!!
