Shipping was a little on the pricey side, but customer support was prompt and helpful. Competitors offer cheaper shipping options (and sometimes free shipping), but I'm not sure if the quality is on par. I know some of the product photos on other online retailers show sagging upholstery and uneven stitching. The quality of our Luca sofa is great (no upholstery issues), and the thickness of Rove's plush velvet exceeds that of competitors - which is why we purchased from them after comparing fabric swatches from multiple retailers.

The purchasing process can be a bit clunky at times, especially with the convoluted membership discount and vouchers. However, Rove's customer service took care of any issues promptly - you just have to make the effort to reach out to them (and double check your order invoice). No comments on durability or the returns process though, as I've not had to test either of these two out yet.
